Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT)
Generating 2-dimensional profile of the subsurface by using pairs of current and potential electrodes inserted into the ground.
Seismic Refraction
Investigating the strength of subsurface layers to help identify the material type, layer thickness, material stiffness and rock quality.
Multichannel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW)
Surface Waves (Rayleigh Waves) are utilised to determine the elastic properties of the shallow subsurface (<15m).
Microgravity
Measurement of the Earth’s Gravitational Field on the earth’s surface by analysing density variations of the underlying geology.
Ground Conductivity
An electromagnetic technique used to investigate lateral variations in overburden material and variations in depth to bedrock.
